At NECA Action Figures & Collectibles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the collectibles in their original manufacturer packaging and place them inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
